PROFILE OF A SUCCESSFUL ONLINE ENTREPRENEUR – STEFAN JAMES

This week we take inspiration and advice from Stefan James who is the founder of Project Life Mastery, impacting the lives of 1 million viewers and clients per month. He has certainly cracked the wealth code. Stefan shares these 5 life-changing ideas that have guided his career and could help us all become more successful and healthy wealthy backpackers.

1. Start thinking there is no Plan B
Sometimes getting started is the hardest part. The best way to pressure yourself is to think that there is no other way. “When you’re in that situation where its a must for you, you figure it out. You find the way.” If you have to, get away. Immerse yourself and dedicate yourself 100%, no excuses.

2. Remember that 20% of your actions will lead to 80% of the results
“Every single day try to focus on that one high leverage thing that you can do,” Stefan advises. You’ve got to strategize what tasks are going to give you stellar results, and never let them go to the side. Meanwhile, you will spend time planting and watering seeds, and in time, they will grow.

3. Publicly share your goals
Stefan shares, “If you say you’re going to do something and you don’t do it, nobody knows, but you, right?” Putting your goals out there can make you self-accountable to follow through. You can embarrass yourself by falling behind, or you could use the extra pressure to give you a sense of urgency.

4. Diversify, diversify
Never depend on one area of your work. Build yourself a security blanket by diversifying your business strategies, and you’ll be more likely to stand strong through really challenging times.

5. Be in the business to add value to people’s lives
As an entrepreneur, you have a unique opportunity to contribute to society and benefit the lives of others. There is a bigger calling than making money. Stefan reflects, “Our jobs as entrepreneurs is really to just solve some people’s problems at a profit, to meet their needs, and to add value to their lives.”

“I really believe the true value of being an entrepreneur is not what you get, but it’s whom you become,” Stefan shares. You can be an entrepreneur to make money, or you could be in it for so much more.” Want to learn more from Stefan?
